Effective Monday, March 16 at 5:00 pm, the Monroe County Library will be temporarily closed to the public and will remain closed indefinitely as a precaution to help limit the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). We hope to reopen soon, but will need to re-evaluate the situation as new information becomes available.
Items can be returned in the bookdrop, but all fines will be waived that are incurred during this period.
The library has an extensive collection of online services including eBooks, digital audiobooks, magazines, streaming movies, and research databases. Please visit our website for more information. Wifi is also availabe 24/7 and can be accessed in the parking lot.
We thank our patrons for understanding and for being a part of our library. We will continue to share updates with you and we look forward to welcoming back our patrons to the library when we reopen.
